These terms govern use of the Arc Bio Khaad website and purchases from ARC BIO FUEL. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Account and Eligibility

You must provide a valid email, mobile number and delivery address.
You are responsible for activity performed through your verified account and for keeping your device secure.
We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, false information or unlawful activity.

Products and Agricultural Use

Product descriptions, pack sizes, application guidance and images are provided in good faith. Packaging, colour or appearance may vary without changing the essential product.
Agricultural results depend on soil, crop, climate, irrigation, dosage and farming practices; identical results are not guaranteed.
Read the product label and use the recommended quantity. Seek local agricultural advice where necessary. Misuse, over-application or improper storage is the buyer's responsibility.

Prices, Offers and Orders

Prices are shown in INR and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout. Shipping, tax, discount and COD advance are shown before confirmation.
Offers and coupons are subject to conditions and may be changed or withdrawn.
An order may be cancelled before dispatch if stock is unavailable, payment is not confirmed, the address is invalid or fraud is suspected. Any collected eligible amount will be refunded.

Payments and COD

Online payments are processed by Razorpay or another displayed payment partner.
Some COD products require an online advance. The remaining balance is payable at delivery; the exact amounts are displayed at checkout.
A successful gateway response and transaction ID are used to confirm payment. Contact support if money is deducted but the order is not updated.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is subject to pincode serviceability, stock, weather, public restrictions and logistics partner operations. Estimated dates are not guaranteed. The buyer must provide a complete address and remain available to receive the shipment. Re-delivery or return charges caused by an incorrect address or repeated refusal may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Intellectual Property

Arc Bio Khaad names, logos, photographs, product content, graphics and website material may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ARC BIO FUEL is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from improper product use, external delivery delays or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts at Barnala, Punjab.
